Business Development Manager

ABOUT EBSL AUTOMAT

Place of working: Bengaluru

Role / Responsibilities:

  • A go getter with Solutions provider mind-set.
  • Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales. Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.
  • Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for the company to deliver value, strategic motivators and forecasted sales.
  • Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales.
  • Consult with prospects about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits of each.
  • Make presentations to senior managers and decision makers.
  • Work with technical staff and product specialists where required to address customer requirements - Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis.
  • Report on sales activity and keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions through CRM & MIS.
  • Weekly Review meetings around the performance improvement and management.
  • Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods.
  • Monthly report with feedback & meeting with Director & CEO.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings.
  • Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.
  • Vendor / Partner relation for identifying products, Implementing, Training & support.
  • Be part of Project Closure to see promised is delivered and good relation is maintained for future prospects.
  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace.

Skills & Experience profile:

  • Understanding or experience of the Luxury Space domain preferably with the residential segment in Home Automation or Interiors.
  • Good network of Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants and Builders is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 03 years proven success in solution-based selling, preferably related to IOT/ Home automation / Home Theatre / Lighting / Furniture vertical.
  • Growth Oriented and Positive Attitude.

  • Account management, Persistent Follow-up, negotiating skills, Excellent verbal and written communications.
  • Ability to formulate, implement, drive and achieve business plans and targets.

  • Professional experience and successful track record in selling, solution development, proposals for project businesses.

Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or BE or MBA

CTC : INR 4,20,000 - 6,00,000 PA + incentives

  • Generate the potential leads by meeting Architects, Electrical Consultants & Builders.
  • Convert the Inquiries of various sources (online or referrals) to orders.
  • Expertise in understanding the client requirement and provide the working demo and provide a right solution by consulting the technical team.
  • Treat each inquiries as account for regular and future business.
  • Work with team and manage the support sales team.

Skills & Experience profile:

Must Have: Growth Oriented, Positive Attitude, Excellent Communication, Persistent Follow-up; Experience in selling technology solution (Min. 1 Years).

Good to Have: Aggressive Sales Approach, Computer & Internet Knowledge; Experience in Home Automation or Home Theatre industry. Good Written Communication.

Education Qualification: Doesn’t matter if the above is met.
